The choices are yours...

 You may select from hardwood floor samples with varying stains - see sales trailer.

The Kitchen Island will be slab granite. The island top is available to match your slab countertop choice. You may select from at least (6) slab granite colors for your island kitchen counter tops. The back splash will be 12 x 12 tiles from the countertop to the bottom of the upper cabinet. Also, we have Premium, 12 x 12 granite tiles available for your kitchen countertop that come with a black slab granite island as a standard, matching premium granite slabs are an upgrade.

You may select from various carpet styles and colors for the bedroom area - see sales trailer.

You may select hard surface for the bathroom floors, vanities, shower and tub surround from the displays in the sales trailer, (i. e. marble or slate). Granite is available at an additional charge for these areas. You are allowed to mix and match these surfaces. Showers will be surfaced to the ceiling and whirlpool tubs will have a 2' high tile surround.

Pedestal sinks are available in most floor plans as an alternative selection in the guest bath.


Cost Saving Options

You may purchase appliances without stainless steel fronts and deduct $500 from your purchase price.

You may purchase a residence without hardwood flooring and deduct approximately $2,000 - $5,000 (depends on floor plan) from your purchase price. Buyer would then have concrete flooring.
